Challenge
New ownership of a 30-year-old home healthcare agency with dated branding sought Trio’s expertise for a 180-degree rebirth with focus on positioning PSA Healthcare as a leading presence in the home healthcare industry.
Goals
- Grow recruitment of nurses to meet the needs of medically-fragile patients in the home.
- Enhance awareness of brand for end-users in the marketplace
- Present a consistent and compelling message with a focus on providing care that “we would want our own loved ones to receive”
- Develop and grow and/or enhance parallel verticals in the marketplace
Solution
The first step for the Trio team was to create a fresh logo incorporating a heart signifying PSA’s committment to compassionate and capable care. A compelling web presence was developed that clarified PSA’s philosophy and unique services with an emphasis on recruitment.
The brand was further enhanced by active Facebook fan and Twitter pages, creating a community where nurses, patients and families can interact directly and immediately with PSA Healthcare representatives. Print collateral, advertising and trade show graphics were all developed providing a unified look, feel and message for the 50+ offices nationwide.
Currently, Trio has several additional web sites in the works for the brand such as a message board that will provide an opportunity for patients, families and caregivers to find support and share their experiences with others with similar diagnoses.
